By providing your information, you acknowledge that you agree to our Terms & Conditions and confirm that you hold all necessary rights, including copyright, to submit the photographs to INFRAME Magazine. Upon acceptance of an image for publication, you grant us permission to use your work in our publications, websites, videos, marketing materials, and advertisements related to INFRAME Magazine.

 ✾ I agree to indemnify INFRAME Magazine against any claims, demands, actions, suits, or other proceedings arising from the use of the photographs and related to any false or inaccurate statements.

 ✾ I authorize this use free of charge, understanding that INFRAME Magazine does not currently offer free copies of our print publication or compensation for your shoots. However, we may promote your work on social media and provide free tearsheets. We do not provide compensation for content submissions.

 ✾ Upon approval for publication, I consent to INFRAME Magazine's right to correct, edit, retouch, or crop pictures as needed.

Please ensure that the full names and @instagramhandles of your team members are spelled correctly. Any corrections requested after publication will incur a fee of $20.

 

 ✾ Ensure that all contributors involved in the creation have assigned you all relevant rights to submit the photo(s) and agree to their publication. There is a $100 cancellation fee for withdrawing your submission after it has been published in preview and officially published.

 ✾ I acknowledge that all submissions are subject to review and may not be accepted. Your application may be canceled without prior notice if the information is not completed correctly. We do not accept responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your content. The submitter bears full responsibility in this regard.

 ✾ We reserve the right to crop, edit, or modify your content to align with our editorial style, aesthetic, and requirements. We retain the right to alter the editorial's name or make any necessary adjustments to the submission's title and accompanying text. Any naming including terms like "editorial," "fashion," "beauty," "shooting," "photo session," or similar will be automatically changed to the model's name.
